Bank ABC in Jordan Organises Awareness and Humanitarian Activities for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

​​​Amman, Jordan: Bank ABC in Jordan organised a series of activities aimed at promoting health awareness and supporting community efforts to combat breast cancer. This comes as part of the Bank’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and its dedication to the health and well-being of its employees and the community.

The activities included hosting the “Hope Shop” in cooperation with the King Hussein Cancer Foundation, enabling employees to support cancer patients through the purchase of products whose proceeds are allocated to the Foundation. In addition, the Bank distributed themed pink breast cancer awareness treats to employees as a symbolic reminder of the importance of early detection, one of the most effective methods of prevention and treatment.

On this occasion, Mr. George Farah Sofia, General Manager of Bank ABC in Jordan, said: “At Bank ABC in Jordan, we believe in the important role institutions can play in supporting health and community causes. Breast Cancer Awareness Month is an opportunity to highlight the importance of early screening and to show solidarity with those affected. These initiatives reflect our ongoing commitment to our community and our employees, and we strive to always be part of positive change”.
